Health Psychologist Lori Stevic-Rust says there is a phenomenon called the "Imposter Syndrome" that affects mostly women and makes them feel like an imposter no matter what they have accomplished.

Lori explains to Fox 8's Stefani Schaefer that their are ways women can manage the negative voices in their head.
