The soldiers who guard the Tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery are part of one of the most elite outfits in the U.S. Army.

They guard the tomb 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in every kind of weather imaginable.

Each year visitors witness the solemn precision in which they change the guard and walk their post.

In the video above, one of the tomb sentinels, Specialist Nate Chartier, explains what it's like to be part of this unique unit.
