(CNN) — An average wedding might have a hundred guests, or maybe a couple hundred.

But how about 25,000?

That’s how many guests showed up at an Orthodox Jewish wedding in Jerusalem this week.

The 18-year-old groom is the future leader of a prominent Hasidic Jewish sect.

Some guests had to use binoculars to see!

The ceremony was full of tradition.

The 19-year-old bride was in white, with a heavy veil.

Everyone else wore black.

The wedding lasted until dawn the next day.
