An airline is sued over soda.

ABC News reported that a 52-year-old man filed a lawsuit April 28, claiming he pressed the call button and asked for a soda on a Virgin American flight to San Francisco.

The flight attendant told him he had to order by using the touch screen on the back of the seat.

The man told ABC News he told the attendant he didn’t want to turn it on and the attendant told him he had an attitude.

He had interactions with a couple other flight attendants.

The man said once he got off the plane, officers were waiting to question him for reported profanities the attendants say he used.

The man wants $500,000. Virgin America told ABC News it could not comment on ongoing litigation.
