Steubenville Search Warrants Lead to NE Ohio

STEUBENVILLE, Ohio-- The Ohio Attorney General's Office announced Thursday that search warrants were executed in their ongoing investigation into the Steubenville rape case.

The Ohio Attorney General's Office said search warrants were executed at the Steubenville Board of Education offices and other facilities; Steubenville High School; and Vestige Ltd. in Medina County.

Vestige Ltd. describes itself as: Electronic Evidence Experts "Turning Digital Evidence into Intelligence."

The company said as part of its corporate policy, it does not comment on any of the matters people entrust to them.

No additional information was released about the search warrants.

The grand jury will hear evidence in the case beginning on April 30.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine called for an extended investigation after a judge found two teenagers guilty of the August rape of a 16-year-old girl.
