NEW YORK CITY-- The Cleveland Browns drafted outside linebacker Barkevious Mingo from LSU on Thursday night with the sixth pick in the first round of the NFL Draft in New York City.
Mingo certainly helps out the Browns pass rush and will fit in with Ray Horton's 3-4 defense.
Mingo most likely will shift into a defensive end for the Browns. The linebacker is 6'4'', 240 lbs; he ran a 4.53 40-yard dash.
The Browns will not pick again until the third round. They will have the 68th overall pick barring any trades.
