RUSSIA--The father of the two Boston Marathon bombing suspects spoke out from Russia Friday.

Anzor Tsarnaev said his sons were framed.

He said his older son is dead because "cowards" in American law enforcement killed him.

The father said he's worried his other son, who is the subject of a major manhunt, will die, too.

Later Friday, Tsarnaev told CNN that he was questioned by Russian security services and then released.
