CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Terrorism isn't going away, so the public is asked to be extra vigilant in keeping their eyes and ears open.

One suspect in Monday's Boston Marathon explosions is dead; the second suspect is still at large.

We sat down with University of Akron terrorism expert David Licate to talk about the suspects' ties to Russia and what those ties might mean.
