Time Warner Cable crews are working to restore digital home phone service for several customers in Northeast Ohio and other states.

According to Time Warner Cable, customers are experiencing dropped calls or no dial tone, and some may just have a busy signal when they pick up the phone.

Customers in Northeast Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Kentucky are being affected.

The problems began around 3 p.m. Sunday, according to officials.

There is no estimate as to when the service will be fully restored, according to Time Warner Cable officials.
