‘Glee’ Actor Checks Into Rehab

According to People Magazine, actor Cory Monteith has checked into rehab.

A representative for Monteith, who plays Finn Hudson on the Fox show “Glee”, told the magazine the actor “has voluntarily admitted himself to a treatment facility for substance addiction.”

Monteith, 30, has a history of substance abuse. He was in rehab when he was 19.

“Glee” co-star and girlfriend Lea Michele issued this statement to People: “I love and support Cory and will stand by him through this. I am grateful and proud he made this decision.”
