My Town: Zoo Presents Wild Times With Jungle Jack Hanna

AKRON, Ohio — The Wild Times with Jungle Jack Hanna program is now the latest program to be offered at The Akron Zoo.

Jack Hanna, a renowned conservationist and the current Director Emeritus of the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium, will teach children and adult visitors alike about creatures in the animal kingdom.

During the presentation, Hanna and several animal ambassadors from the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium will tell Akron Zoo visitors about their experiences.

The program will be held at the Akron Civic Theatre on Thursday, April 18 at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for the show begin at $22, and all proceeds will benefit the zoo’s new Mike & Mary Stark Grizzly Ridge exhibit.
