Cedar Point Hiring for Historic Season

SANDUSKY, Ohio — People who want to play where they work and help create lasting memories for others may consider applying for a job at Cedar Point.

The amusement park is hiring for its historic 2013 season when it will debut GateKeeper, a wing coaster that holds several world records.

Cedar Point hires about 5,000 employees each year in more than 70 different positions.

Those include food service associates, ride attendants, lifeguards, hotel staff, security/ safety personnel and others.

The process begins by applying online.

Interview sessions are scheduled at Castaway Bay (2001 Cleveland Road in Sandusky) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 16.

Another session will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 13.
