CLEVELAND — Whoever said “the best things in life are free” clearly has never set foot in “Millionaire’s Row” now featured at the Cleveland Auto Show at the I-X Center.
It’s new this year and features very high-end luxury models that start at $237,000.
That’s not a house, that’s a car — most likely a car someone drove 12 times in all.
Such as a Mercedes-Benz AMG SL65. Make sure your camera has batteries.
If you can dream it, you can see it this week at the show.
Everything from Acura, Audi, Aston Martin, BMW, Porsche, Ferrari, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, Cadillac, Lexus and Sprinter Conversion vans (yes, those are considered high-end, too) will be on display.
Some luxury models are available for ride and drives. Even Mini Coopers are considered sport luxury. Base prices starting at less than $25,000 … not bad.
The Auto Show is the only place you can find one of my personal favorites. It’s the redesigned 2014 Lexus IS 350 F Sport.
It’s a sporty sedan with a new “spindle grill” that looks like an hourglass. It’s a V6 with 306 HP. Yeah, it’s got uuumph!
Pricing hasn’t been set yet, but it will likely land around the $41,000 range.
The IS 350 will hit car lots in June.
Only four days left, and remember — two names will be drawn on Sunday night for the Chevy Impala and Traverse giveaway.
The show runs until 10 p.m. nightly, except on Sunday when it will close at 8 p.m.
Tickets for adults are $12.50. Parking is free.
