CLEVELAND– The man indicted for bringing a bag of weapons into a Westlake movie theater plead guilty to two counts at the Justice Center on Monday.

Scott Smith plead guilty to two carrying concealed weapons charges.

Another hearing is set for Wednesday on count three, which is having weapons under disability.

No sentencing date has been set.

The 37-year-old North Ridgeville man is accused of arming himself for a showing of “The Dark Knight Rises” at the Regal Cinemas in Westlake’s Crocker Park, back in August.
