I-Team: Woman Tasered Settlement

A diabetic woman who was tasered by police during a traffic stop turned to the FOX 8 I-Team to expose what she believes was police brutality.

FOX 8 I-Team Reporter Jack Shea says Chelsea Garrett has now won an out of court settlement of a lawsuit she filed in federal court.
