Police: Couple Left Child Alone to Party

KENT– A man and woman are charged after police say they left the man’s 3-year-old daughter home alone.

Kent police say 25-year-old Trevor Thompson and 24-year-old Elizabeth Sanderson left the child all alone to go to a party on January 19.

Police say the party was in the couple’s Mohican Place complex, but in a different apartment.

Someone at the party notified police that the child was home alone.

Both Thompson and Sanderson are charged with child endangerment.
