A hoarder had to be rescued after being pinned under piles of debris.

CBC News reports that firefighters chopped through the front door and proceeded to cut their way across ceiling-high mounds of garbage to rescue the elderly man.
He was found severely dehydrated.
A relative called authorities when he hadn’t been seen in days.
