CLEVELAND — Four men have been arrested for shooting off guns while driving through downtown Cleveland.

Police said Norman Robertson, 24, of Euclid, Neonte Robertson, 22,  from Warrensville Heights, Anthony Brown, 24, and Davon Starks, 24, both of Cleveland, were seen driving down East 9th Street while firing guns into the air.

A nearby Cleveland patrolman heard the shots and began cruising for those responsible.  He was flagged down on Bolivar Avenue by two security guards who reported seeing a black, F150 pickup truck headed northbound on East 9th.

The officer spotted the truck at a traffic light at East 9th and Euclid and initiated a traffic stop.   The driver pulled over south of Chester Avenue and the four occupants were ordered out of the car.  Each was told to lay face down on the pavement and cuffed.

A search of the truck turned up two loaded handguns, both of them stolen, in a front seat storage compartment.  The truck was towed and the four men were taken into custody.  Each was charged with carrying concealed weapons and possessing criminal tools.
