CLEVELAND-- Dashcam video from Thursday night's deadly police chase has been released. Bratenahl police released the video Monday afternoon.

Gunshots can be heard, along with officers saying "shots fired, shots fired."

The incident has sparked a heated debate on whether the 13 officers involved were justified in firing 137 rounds into a car carrying 30-year-old Malissa Williams and 43-year-old Timothy Russell, who both died as a result.

Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson said Monday that the investigation could take up to a year to complete, and only then would lingering questions be answered.

It was also announced Monday that BCI (Bureau of Criminal Investigation) would be the lead investigator in the case.
