Prosecutors said Thursday that Emilliano suffered blunt force trauma to the head and a skull fracture. The medical examiner’s office, however, says the cause and manner of death are still under investigation.
Emilliano’s mother, 20-year-old Camilia Terry, was arraigned Thursday morning in Cleveland Municipal Court. A judge set bond at $2 million and ordered Terry not to have contact with her two other children.
Terry at first told investigators that her son went missing from Kossuth Park Sunday night. After further questioning, authorities began to doubt her story.
She was arrested Monday night after Emilliano’s body was found at the trash facility.
