Cavaliers Can’t Snap Losing Streak

PHILADELPHIA –The road wasn’t kind to the Cavaliers on the last stop of their 11-day road trip Sunday afternoon against the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Cavs lost their sixth straight going 86-79 in Philly.

The Cavs led 21-19 in the first quarter, but fell off and never recovered from there. The 76ers inched ahead in the second quarter, and completely dominated in the third against the Cavs 15-19.

Anderson Varejao posted 14 points, 15 boards 3 assists and one steal in the game. Alonzo Gee led the Cavs with 17 points.

The Cavs will face Philadelphia again on Wednesday on home court at 7 p.m.
