CANTON, Ohio-A Canton Police Officer fired for threatening drivers during traffic stops could soon be back to work.
An arbitrator has ruled that Patrolman Daniel Harless should get his job back.
Back in June 2011, dash-cam video caught Patrolman Harless verbally abusing several people he pulled over.
During the traffic stop, Harless was heard threatening to shoot a man who had a conceal-carry permit that allowed him to carry a gun.
Harless was later diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder.
His attorney tells Fox 8 that Harless will need medical clearance from a doctor before he can return to work.
