CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A Bainbridge man pleaded not guilty to 78 charges related to child pornography and secretly videotaping children and women in states of nudity.

Prosecutors said for 10 years Allen Warner, 59, created, downloaded or shared child pornography and secretly put spy cameras inside homes of people who knew so he could videotape them in the nude or having sex.

"I'm mortified, wanting to keep our kids safe and the neighborhood safe," said a neighbor that did not want to be identified.

"It was a complete shock to the neighborhood, and I don't know how many are aware of it. I know the immediate neighbors with children are aware of it," said a different neighbor.

According to Cuyahoga County prosecutors, Warner, who is married, was busted after he posted an anonymous ad online.

"That he was looking for adults to share secretly recorded videos of their 'loved ones' in a state of nudity or sexual acts. He also indicated that he had secretly been recording (people) and wanted to share and/or trade the images," prosecutors wrote in a press release.

Prosecutors said they caught Warner when he met with an undercover investigator who was posing as a father willing to record his daughters nude.

Investigators said they also found hidden cameras still working at homes of his alleged victims.

According to court records, Warner is out of jail on $250,000 bond and is on house arrest with an ankle monitor, but no one answered the door at his listed home.

Warner is due back in court Nov. 19.
