Pat fish dry with paper towels. Cut into 1-inch cubes.

In small bowl, combine Rub and Cornstarch. Thread fish onto skewers and sprinkle both sides with seasoned mixture.

*HOLIDAY STYLE!! Peel cube fresh pumpkin in olive oil, maple syrup and a little salt for 10 mins in a 425 degree oven (use parchment paper),before adding to skewers with apple.

Broil or grill over high heat for about 7 minutes, basting with glaze and turning once, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. These Kabobs can also be prepared in a large skillet in oil.

*Be careful not to overcook. Note : If using wooden skewers, soak them in water while fish is marinating to prevent them from burning on the grill. Substitute tuna, scallops or shrimp for the salmon.
