The West Side Market is celebrating a big birthday this year: 100 years!

And what better way to mark the occasion than with Chef Jonathon Sawyer, owner of Greenhouse Tavern and Noodlecat.

He'll be at this weekend's Centennial Gala, along with many other well-known, top chefs.

Thursday morning, Sawyer stopped by to whip together a Caviar Bun with Smoked Lake Fish.
