The Westlake Porter Public Library announced it will be open until 9 p.m. on Tuesday as long as it doesn’t lose power. People may use the computers, read in the warmth and get hot coffee at the cafe.

All lanes are open on I-90 east and westbound between East 55th Street and East 72nd Street, including all entrance and exit ramps.

EMERGENCY SHELTER OPENS IN LAKE COUNTY: Lake County residents without heat or electricity may go to the Mentor Senior Center located at 8484 Munson Road in Mentor for warmth, a hot meal and a place to stay.

The RTA rerouted the HealthLine and E-Line Trolley away from Euclid Avenue because of the issues with the Sterling Building. Riders should look for them on Prospect between East 14th and East 9th instead of Euclid.

Cuyahoga County Ed FitzGerald says he hopes to have all workers return to the Sterling Building by sometime this afternoon. The problem was isolated to the side of the building and structural problems are not a concern at this point, according to FitzGerald.

Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson addresses the media on the severe weather operations in Cleveland. Dozens of city workers have been dispatched to restore power to traffic lights across the city. 10,000 Cleveland Public Power customers now have power; 7,600 CPP customers are still in the dark.

Cleveland fire spokesperson Larry Gray says all occupants of the Sterling Building on Euclid Avenue in Cleveland have been evacuated as a precaution. The problem appears to be water damage.
