Fox 8 Recipe Box: Pork Chop Schnitzel

Celebrated Cleveland Chef Jonathon Sawyer on Thursday brought along his friend, and fellow chef, Jeremy Nolen, of Brauhaus Schmitz in Philadelphia, to make a superb version of Pork Chop Schnitzel!

Starting at 6:30 p.m., Sawyer’s restaurant, the Greenhouse Tavern, will host a German beer garden tonight featuring Chef Nolen’s delicious food.
