BURBANK, California– Former ‘Lost’ actor, Matthew Fox, is opening up to Ellen DeGeneres about a woman’s allegations that the 46-year-old punched her in Cleveland back in August 2011.

People reports during Fox’s interview on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’, he told the host that it’s time the truth came out.

The actor told Ellen he was sucker punched by a man on a bus in Cleveland, where he was filming the movie ‘Alex Cross’ and a fight broke out.

Fox says, “She was a woman that was in proximity to that, and she decided that she was going to write up a different version of events that happened that night and try to extort money from me.”

The actor says he stayed quiet so long because it was a criminal case.

The woman, Heather Bormann, had alleged that Fox punched her several times because she would not allow him to board a bus that she was driving.

Bormann dropped her lawsuit against Fox, earlier this year.
