Mom Gets Ticket After Toddler Pees Outside
When you gotta go, you gotta go!
A mother in Philadelphia was ticketed after her 2-year-old son urinated outside.
The woman said when her toddler had to go potty, she went into a clothing store and asked to use the restroom. Workers allegedly wouldn’t let the boy, so he had to go outside.
A police officer saw what happened and handed the woman a ticket for public urination.
