Blue Cheese Stuffed Figs with Prosciutto
- 3 Mission figs (cut in half)
- 6 oz. of crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 6 pieces of prosciutto (thinly sliced)
- 1 bottle of 10-year Balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Roll crumbled cheese into a ball and place in center of fig. Lay sliced prosciutto on cutting board and place fig (cheese side up) towards the bottom of prosciutto.
Roll fig with prosciutto, moving away from you. Prosciutto should be wrapped all the way around the fig and cheese.
Place figs in a 400 degree oven for about five minutes. Serve on platter and drizzle with the Balsamic vinegar.
