Chef Matthew Mytro, of Flour restaurant, stopped by Fox 8 News in the Morning on Wednesday to whip up a delicious and easy recipe for fall.

After showing Wayne and Kristi how to make blue cheese stuffed figs wrapped in prosciutto, Mytro let viewers know about a cool, FREE event Thursday night in Beachwood.

It's called Fall Fusion, and it blends fashion, furnishings and flavors for a good cause.

Blue Cheese Stuffed Figs with Prosciutto

- 3 Mission figs (cut in half)

- 6 oz. of crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

- 6 pieces of prosciutto (thinly sliced)

- 1 bottle of 10-year Balsamic vinegar

Directions:

Roll crumbled cheese into a ball and place in center of fig. Lay sliced prosciutto on cutting board and place fig (cheese side up) towards the bottom of prosciutto.

Roll fig with prosciutto, moving away from you. Prosciutto should be wrapped all the way around the fig and cheese.

Place figs in a 400 degree oven for about five minutes. Serve on platter and drizzle with the Balsamic vinegar.
