CLEVELAND — An off-duty police officer out on an annual road trip nearly lost his life on the side of a busy highway. He lost his leg in the crash.
On Wednesday, the out-of-town officer spoke from his hospital bed in hopes of finding the driver who hit him and left him for dead.
