Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes Divorce Finalized

The divorce of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes–or “TomKat” as they were once called–has been officially finalized, according to People.

The couple married in November 2006 in Italy following a brief courtship.

The divorce was finalized in New York on Monday, confirmed a source. Holmes, 33, filed for the divorce in June. According to the terms of the divorce, their 6-year-old daughter Suri will live with her mom in New York while Cruise, 50, has been granted liberal visitation with travel.
