Browns Beat Lions in Final Seconds of Game

DETROIT — The Cleveland Browns opened preseason play against Detroit Friday and first year quarterback Brandon Weeden looked like a starter at times, and looked like a rookie at others.
Weeden came out firing on his second play as a Brownie, a 34 yard fade to rookie fourth rounder Travis Benjamin.
But like most rookies would, he made mistakes. First a fumble, then a pick.
Weeden was picked off by Dwight Bentley and the Lions would cash that possession in for a 7-0 lead.
The team had more injuries than points going into half.
Mohamed Massaqoui was taken to the locker room with a head injury.
Jordan Cameron also left the game with a back injury and Demetri Patterson injured his ankle.
But the highlight came with :33 seconds remaining on the clock when Jeff Wolfert nailed a field goal to give the Browns its first lead of the game and they won it 19-17.
