My Town: Hazardous Waste Collection in North Royalton

NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio – Household hazardous waste collection kicked off in North Royalton on Saturday, August 4.  You can drop off your waste materials at the North Royalton Recycle Yard (11545 Royalton Road) on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m through September 1.

Household hazardous waste materials include:

• oil-based paints, varnishes, wood stains, sealers, spray paint cans
• household cleaners (oven cleaner, drain cleaner, furniture polish, etc)
• lawn/pool chemicals
• turpentine
• fluorescent tubes (must be in original boxes – not to include compact  fluorescent bulbs which can be recycled at home improvement stores)
