MENTOR, Ohio — Authorities in Mentor say they received calls on Friday morning of alleged prostitution taking place at a Mentor hotel, and when officers arrived they discovered something a bit more bizarre.

According to the Mentor Police Facebook page, plain clothes detectives and patrol officers arrived at the Studio 6 Motel located at 7677 Reynolds Road after receiving a call that men had been coming in and out of room 120 all morning long.

According to police, officers found an ad on a website often used by prostitutes to solicit business where the arrested party, Jaime Gammel, was offering massage services with a discount if clients came between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Police say Gammel was registered in room 120 and when they entered the room they discovered a make shift massage parlor complete with massage table, oils and sex toys.

Police say they also found a client list with services rendered.

Gammel has been charged with operating a massage parlor without a license, prostitution, criminal tools, possession of drug abuse instruments (a syringe) and possession of dangerous drugs without prescription.
