Video: Man in Wheelchair Bound, Beaten & Robbed

Police outside of Philadelphia are searching for a person caught on surveillance video assaulting and robbing a wheelchair-bound man inside his apartment.

The incident happened Thursday inside an apartment in Upper Darby.
