My Town: Bug City

GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio – Interested in insects?  You don’t want to miss the 22nd annual Bug City at Garfield Park Nature Center on Saturday, August 11 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Mayor Mantis and Lucille Bugg will be on hand to welcome you to this FREE event where you can view bugs from all over the world, watch demonstration and participate in a variety of educational activities.  You can even sample bug snacks prepared by Bug City Chef Gene White!

Beekeepers and butterfly experts will share a thing or two about their favorite insects and live entertainment will keep the fun going all day.
