CLEVELAND — Community members held a vigil in memory of the teen shot and killed at a house party Monday evening.

LaTaevia Williams, 14, had just celebrated a birthday a week before the early morning shooting Sunday, in which she was shot in the neck and later died.

Police say early Sunday morning around 12:40 a fight broke at a home out on Elberon Street in East Cleveland. Residents say they saw two cars pull up to the home and an argument ensued. Shortly thereafter, gunshots rang out.

Now family and friends say they want justice, and are calling for anyone with information regarding the shooting to contact the Cleveland Police Homicide Unit at (216) 623-5464.
