Indians Fall to Minnesota Twins 12 – 5

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota — The Cleveland Indians fell to the Minnesota Twins 12-5 Saturday.

While the Indians earned the game’s first run, it wasn’t enough to put the Twins on hold. The Twins earned two runs the fourth inning, followed by another three in the fifth inning. The sixth inning sealed the deal for the Indians, with Minnesota scoring five runs in the sixth inning.

The Indians tried to make a comeback with two runs in the eighth and ninth innings, but it was too little too late for the Tribe.

The Indians are currently a game under .500 this season. They play the Twins again in Minnesota at 2:10 p.m. Sunday.
