Driver Trapped in Burning Car Dies
CLEVELAND — A driver who could not escape a burning vehicle on Friday morning died, the Cleveland Fire Department confirmed.
The person, who has not been identified, hit a utility pole at Fairhill Road and MLK Drive in Cleveland.
EMS said it received a call for help around 5:36 a.m.
According to the fire department, only one car was involved in the accident, and only the driver was in that car.
Other details, including the cause of the crash, were not immediately released.
