Comedian: Ralphie May
You may have recognized today’s comedian from the big screen, Last Comic Standing, or one of his four Comedy Central specials! After spending the morning with Ralphie, it’s not hard to see why he has gained so much popularity. Check him out at Hilarities this weekend, July 26-28th!
bd’s Mongolian BBQ
We weren’t sure what was more exciting, having Mongolian BBQ here to make one of their famous stir-frys, or finding out that Ralphie has some serious skills in the kitchen! Assistant General Manager, Tim Barrett, handed the wok over to Ralphie and the Shanghai Chicken turned out great!
If you’ve never been, bd’s Mongolian BBQ is a great new dinner experience! The “You Rule the Experience” philosophy gives guests ownership in choosing their own ingredients from the meats to the vegetables, to the spices and sauces.
Litehouse Pools: Grill Masters
Is there anything that doesn’t taste delicious grilled? David headed back to Litehouse Pools to test out some new recipes on their Primo Grill. On the menu was fall-off-the bone pork butt and a light and delicious margarita pizza!

Some of Sarah’s Tips?
- You can also continue to use basil and blueberries in your drinks by freezing them into ice cubes!
- Herb ice cubes are a beautiful addition to water, lemonade, and iced tea. Mint, lemon balm, basil, nasturtiums, borage and rose petals work wonderfully.
- Fruit or berry ice cubes add great flavor, and you get a treat at the end of your beverage.
