Contractor Convicted in Workers’ Comp Fraud

A local contractor is caught stealing benefits from the State of Ohio that are normally reserved for people who are unable to work.

As FOX 8 I-Team reporter Jack Shea explains, the contractor almost got away with it, but was caught because of a series of bad decisions.
