House Springs, MO (KTVI) — A Cedar Hill man is arrested after an employee of a store located a video recording device in the ceiling of the women’s restroom. The employee was able to identify the man from photos obtained from the recording device.

Authorities say Frank Fuchs, 51, allegedly placed a video recording device in the ceiling of the female restroom at Price Shopper located in the 4600 block of Gravois Road in House Springs.

Fuchs was detained by store employees and upon the arrival of deputies Fuchs was taken into custody.

The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has issued a charge of Invasion of Privacy of Multiple Individuals against Fuchs.

Fuchs is incarcerated in the Jefferson County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.

It is believed that Fuchs may have attempted to video other victims as well.
