Sage Stallone Dead for at Least 3 Days Before Found

Sage Stallone, son of actor Sylvester Stallone, had been dead in for at least three days before a housekeeper found his body, according to TMZ.

In fact law enforcement says Stallone, 36, may have been dead for as long as week.

Sources say Stallone’s bedroom was cluttered with filth and trash, including two drawers filled with pill bottles.

Stallone’s housekeeper found his body in his room Friday after his mother asked her to check on him. The housekeeper had been in the home earlier in the week, but sources say she was not permitted to enter his room or knock on the door.

Authorities believe Stallone’s death was an accident.
