Local Chef Leads ‘Cream of the Crop’ Band

Local Chef Steve Schimoler, who owns the popular restaurant Crop Bistro, is also a talented drummer and musician.

He leads the band ‘Cream of the Crop’ that features other chefs, staff and friends from the restaurant.

The group will perform at the Burning River Fest on Saturday, July 21 at 7 p.m.
