My Town: Music in the Valley

BATH, Ohio – Enjoy a weekend of folk music at Hale Farm and Village’s 38th Annual Music in the Valley.  Folknet and WKSU are partnering in this event which takes place from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, July 14 and 15 at Hale Farm, 2686 Oak Hill Road in Bath.

Musicians will gather in various spots on the property for jam sessions. This year the musicians will pay tribute to Woody Guthrie, the Father of American Folk Music. There will be sing-a-longs and storytelling to celebrate the 100th anniversary of his birth.

Make sure you bring a chair to sit and enjoy the performances.  Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children.
