KENT, Ohio — Dachshunds will have their day when hundreds of wiener dogs and their owners meet at Plum Creek Park in Kent for the 15th Annual NE Ohio Dachshund Picnic.
The event runs from noon – 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 14.
Picnic organizer and Fox 8 News producer Brian Geiger said rescue organizations, vendors and dog lovers will be there to promote all things Dachshund.
Another picnic favorite is the costume competition that awards prizes.
