422 in Solon Reopens Following Accident

SOLON, Ohio — Authorities responded to an accident along 422 that had traffic backed up in the westbound direction Wednesday afternoon.

According to Solon Police the accident took place near the Harper Road exit.

Lt. Bruce Felton tells Fox 8 News that a box truck rolled over while traveling along 422 west around 3:15 p.m. The truck ended up along the median.

Felton says that no other vehicles were involved and it appears that no one was seriously injured.

Officials with ODOT say that the left lane of 422 west had been closed, but has since reopened.
