We met this chef on a recent road trip to Gervasi Vineyard and just had to get him back to cook for us! Jerry Risner, Gervasi’s Executive Chef, joined David in the kitchen to create a Basil Coated Scottish Salmon.

A tip from Jerry? Gently flatten your fish into the pan with a spatula to eliminate any air and ensure it browns evenly.
