D’s Cheesecake

Ingredients:

• 2 – 8 oz of cream cheese
• 3 eggs
• 2/3 cup sugar
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 8 inch graham cracker crust

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.  Pour into round baking dish.

Bake at 325 for 55 minutes.

Take out of oven and cool for 15 minutes.

 

Topping

Ingredients:

• Sour cream (pint)
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 3 tsp sugar

 

Directions:

Mix a pint of sour cream and ½ tsp vanilla, 3 tsp sugar. Pour onto the cake (AFTER it’s cooled for 15 minutes).

Back at 325 degrees for another 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and chill.
